Adam Neuhaus is the founder and CEO of Neuhaus Ideas, an ideas company focused on strategic creative development and production across documentary, podcasting, and emerging media.

Through Neuhaus Ideas, Adam is co-owner and executive producer of Hello Puzzlers with A.J. Jacobs, a puzzle podcast and media company with 700 episodes, 6M+ downloads, and Signal Awards in 2024 and 2025, whose world now includes Earbus, the party card game. He is also an executive producer of Gamechangers: Mother/Athlete, now streaming on Roku, a documentary about pregnancy and motherhood and the WNBA directed by Oscar-nominated Christine Turner.

He is a co-founder and CEO of the Nonfiction Hotlist, which curates and champions exceptional nonfiction storytelling, connecting creators with audiences and industry opportunities. Through the Hotlist he led a short documentary initiative with Yahoo Media Group, bringing 20 exceptional documentary short films to a global audience.

Adam spent seven years at ESPN as Senior Director of Development for 30for30 and ESPN Films, producing more than 100 projects, including Be Water, Lance, and Sterling Affairs, and helping launch 30for30 Podcasts. He is a four-time PGA Award nominee for Outstanding Producer of Non-Fiction Television.

His first paid gig in the business was at IFP, now the Gotham, and then he worked in the mailroom at the William Morris Agency, then Original Media onto leading creative development at RadicalMedia, where he created the series Prodigies for the THNKR YouTube channel. He has also executive-produced Vintage Tech Hunters for Discovery Canada, and had work experiences with Pulse Films and Paradigm.

He serves on the advisory board of the Ghetto Film School and the board of the Bushwick Film Festival, mentors with Unlock Her Potential, and sits on the Capacity Council of the Brown Girls Doc Mafia.
